Staff Bio - John L. Anker
Since 2001
Mr. Anker has worked as Trainer/Instructor for NANA Training
Systems. During this time he has provided training, auditing,
and mentoring in ServSafe and HACCP principles and procedures.
John Anker has over 20 years management experience in the
food industry. Most recently, Mr. Anker spent four years as
chef/manager at Doyon Universal Services, Milne Point, where
he is responsible for the complete operations of a remote-site
facility providing food service to 250 residents.
Mr. Anker’s work experience includes NANA Sodexho
at Milne Point where he was the Chef/Manager, NANA Marriott
in Anchorage where he was the general manager, and NANA Marriott
at Red Dog Mine where he worked as Operations Manager and
Head Chef.
Mr. Anker Has a BA in Sociology and Arctic Biology. Further
education includes the ServSafe Managers Course and a Practical
Approach to HACCP. |
