Staff Bio - Melinda Willis
Ms. Willis
has almost 20 years experience working as a technical writer
and editor in Alaska. Her experience includes writing environmental
impact statements, training manuals, technical manuals, pamphlets,
single-page flyers, newsletters, and CD case inserts. Ms.
Willis has worked for engineering companies, consulting firms,
and the federal U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Ms. Willis’ work for Nana Training Systems has included
writing and editing an instructor’s manual and curriculum
development for University of Alaska, Emergency Response Plans
for several Alaskan businesses and a security assessment for
an Alaska Borough. Ms. Willis has also edited and collaborated
on numerous safety policies, safety manual, employee handbooks
and site-specific safety procedures, including: atmospheric
testing manual; confined space entry; exposure control plan;
hazard communications plan; and respiratory protection. |
